DYSLEXIA VICTORIA ONLINE DELIVERY POLICY


HARDCOVER BOOKS

Book orders are mailed out 3 to 4 days after order is processed through the Canadian postal system. Book orders shipped in Canada take 5 to 14 days for delivery. Orders shipped to the United States take 5 to 14 days. Overseas orders for books can take 10 to 28 days. If after the time period has passed for your order and you have not received your book order please contact us at thi.sales@dyslexiavictoria.ca and please provide the following information. We will send out your book order again promptly with this information.

If we are out of stock on one or more of your books we will notify you in an email and give you an approximate date when your complete order will be mailed out. When the order is ready to ship we will notify you by email that it is being mailed.

To order books by mail, fax or email the following info is required:

* We will also ship bulk orders. Shipping will be determined when book order and destination is provided. Discounts of 5% available for orders of 5 or more of a book title ordered.

E-BOOKS

E-Books are sent in a PDF file for downloading in an email after purchase. If there are any problems with the download please contact us at thi.sales@dyslexiavictoria.ca. Please provide the same information listed above in your email.

CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY FOR DYSLEXIA VICTORIA ONLINE


It is extremely important you follow these instructions to return the books to receive your credit. All returns and exchanges require the issuance of a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

All Returns Require a "Return Authorization Number"

Books in new, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with prior approval from Dyslexia Victoria Online in form of a "Return Authorization Number". The shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable. Cost of the book(s) will be credited back to your credit card.

To obtain a "Return Authorization Number" (RAN) email thi.sales@dyslexiavictoria.ca to send all of the following information:


* Customer name
* Bill-To name (if different than above)
* Ship-To name (if different than above)
* Date of purchase
* Shipping address which was used for initial purchase
* Phone #
* Email address you wish to be contacted at
* Item(s) to be Returned or exchanged
* Reason for return or exchange

You will receive via email: a RAN, the proper return address, and further instructions when all of the above information has been received.

IMPORTANT: Products will not be accepted for return if not accompanied by a valid "Return Authorization Number".

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURN

1. If your book is damaged in the mail or we send you the wrong book order we will quickly send you a replacement. 2. Follow the instructions above to get a Return Authorization Number. 3. We will send you a shipping label through email. 4. UPS will come to your home to pick up the package. 5. We will prepay all shipping fees. 6. Product must be returned in original shipping container (as stated on packing list). 7. Books must be returned within 30 days from invoice.

RETURNS OTHER THAN DAMAGED OR INCORRECT BOOK(S)

1. Follow the instructions above to get a Return Authorization Number. 2. Books must be returned within 30 days from invoice. 3. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. 4. All items must be returned in appropriate packaging and free of all markings. If they come back damaged or shelf-worn we cannot give you a refund or credit. 5. You must follow the exact instructions you will receive through email with your return authorization number or no refund will be given. 6. Refund will be issued upon our receipt of the book. 7. The shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable.Cost of the book(s) will be credited back to your credit card.

E-BOOK RETURNS

1. Follow the instructions above to get a Return Authorization Number. 2. If you are unable to open an E-book we will help you until you are satisfied. All E-books are completely functional. If there is any reason you cannot open an E-book we will send a full refund. 3. If you believe an error has been made in the purchase, please do not download the E-book (you must contact us explaining the error at thi.sales@dyslexiavictoria.ca). 4. Once you download the E-book, we cannot give you a refund for it. If however you have a valid objection to the content we can give you credit to purchase another E-book. 5. Dyslexia Victoria Online will make efforts to keep the product listed and available for download for 12 months and longer when possible -- but this is not guaranteed. Once you download the E-book it is on your computer until you delete it. 6. Important Notice: E-books cannot be copied, or "loaned" to others due to copyright laws. Any copies made for other than personal use is stealing.
